How beautiful are the ponds and water features? Serene, peaceful and so relaxing to look at - a slice of paradise. Until they get taken over by decaying debris and cloudy algae - yuck!
Just like your car, your house, your kids - your pond needs regular maintenance and cleaning.
Even the smallest pond is a complex ecosystem on its own. And for that ecosystem to function effectively it requires a bit of love and care.

How can we help?
We offer two types of pond and water feature care:

regular pond cleaning and maintenance and
-
deep pond cleaning (or water feature cleaning)

Regular pond cleaning and maintenance
To keep your pond clean and healthy, we complete the regular tasks such as checking the water quality, cleaning out the filters and the pump, removing any leaves, twigs or grass, polishing up any water features and replenishing any plants.
Through regular cleaning and maintenance we can help you keep the aquatic ecosystem well-balanced to ensure healthy plants and fish.

Deep pond cleaning
Deep pond cleaning tasks we usually perform:
-
removing everything from the pond including your fish and plants (they'll have a temporary and safe refuge in one of our holding tanks)
-
draining the water
-
power washing pond surfaces (this would depend on the type of pond liner installed)
-
checking and thoroughly cleaning pond filters and pump
-
removing and cleaning out any debris or excess algae
-
vacuuming the pond to remove any sludge or excess sediment
-
readjusting, cleaning any pebbles and rocks
-
rinsing and refilling your pond
-
reintroducing aquatic life, when everything is tidy (we add a dechlorinator too, as regular city water can kill your fish).
